The interior decor was nice and hotel is well maintained. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout. The two minor issues we had was that it is relatively far away from subway station, and that the breakfast staff was trained to be very rigid about minor stuff during breakfast like me taking one additional cup of coffee for my wife (a lady ran after me and told me that it would cost extra). I don’t care about that few hundred yen, but it was a distasteful experience especially if you consider what they charge per night.

Beautiful design in lobby and rooms. Appreciated the free coffee and apples in the lobby! Everything was clean and the staff is very friendly! The laundry was small, slow, and expensive, with a queue of other travelers, so just went down the street to 39 Laundry which had much larger and more efficient machines, just fyi.

Nice room, good location. Few stations near by, close to osaka station. Bed and pillows were comfy, one of the best ive had in Japan. Lots of resturants and convenience stores near by. Easy to get to Umeda, Namba etc.

Staff is very attentive and courteous. Room is well maintained and straightened/freshened each day. Upstairz bar/restaurant is a great accommodation to the hotel. Hotel is a great location with quick access to multiple sources of public transportation a short distance from hotel. I like staying here highly when in Osaka. This visit was my third time staying in the hotel. I highly recommend hotel for travelers staying in Osaka.

The staff, reception area, bar and lounge are all very high quality and better than you would expect for the price which is reasonable. The negatives were the sound as there are large ventilation ducts supplying the underground station which is a constant background noise because the glass isn’t very sound proof. We also found the room had signs of wear and tear.
