"Huone pienehkö mutta riittävä ja erittäin siisti. Viehättävä talo ja tunnelma. Huoneessa ikkuna jonka sai auki ja lisäksi uusi, hyvin toimiva, hiljainen ilmastointilaite. Pieni mutta täysin remontoitu kylpyhuone.
Henkilökunta oli super avulias ja ystävällinen.
Sijainti aivan loistava, rauhallisella poikkikadulla, joten vaikka oli yöllä ikkuna auki, mitään häiritsevää ääntä ei kuulunut kadulta. Hotellin lähellä useita hyviä ravintoloita sekä Paddingtonin juna-asema.
Sisäänkirjautuminen sujuvaa ja laukut sai jättää ilman lisämaksua säilytykseen, sekä ennen että jälkeen sisäänkirjautumisen.
