Not worth the price

"I arrived early and the check in was ok at first. Later when I came back to receive my room key I didn’t like the way the the situation was handled. The receptionist didn’t communicate at all, I didn’t know what was happening. Hotel at this level should be very customer friendly and that was not the situation here. The room was on the lowest level and I didn’t really see anything from the window, so I kept the curtains shut all the time. The AC was broken on the last evening of my stay and the room was freezing cold. Since this is a 5-star luxury hotel and at this price, I think they have a lot to improve. There is a lot of better options in London at this price level."

"Erinomainen hotelli jossa palveluita riittää ja tekemistä vaikka olisi sateinen päivä. Todella hiljaiset huoneet, kun sulki ikkunan niin Leicester aukiolta ei kuulunut mitään. Sänky vähän kova itselle, mutta mukavasti meni 3 yötä. Sijainti hyvä, pääsee nopeasti busseihin ja metroon mistä koko Lontoo sitten saavutettavissa mukavasti. Ehdottomasti uudelleen joskus tänne. "
