Great location and really clean comfortable rooms

Excellent central location. Rooms are small but clean and not bad size if you're just looking for somewhere to rest and sleep. I felt Breakfast was overpriced. Views from rooftop restaurant looked towards st Paul's cathedral and the London eye. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very quiet in the heart of the theatre district. However, we did not realize that there were no windows, nor any TV. We also did not like that room service came in while we were out even though we had a "in" sign hanging on the door. Our second key card was in the receptacle on the wall, but they still came in, cleaned and took the key card leaving us with one key. Nothing nefarious, but we do not require regular cleaning, much less when we had the sign on the door.

Location, location, location. Just steps away from shops, restaurants, the Tube, and Trafalgar Sq. This was the perfect spot if you want to be in the heart of Central London. Rooms are small, and don't have a TV, but we were too busy enjoying the city to spend too much time in the room anyways. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Best part of the hotel was their rooftop bar with 360° views of the city.

Just a bit upset, as no TV, but I can cope without that, but tea/coffee facilities would have been nice, especially for the price we paid, and as for the heat in the room, the minimum the sir con would go down to was 16° which wasn't enough, nor done where I would go again

Assembly Leicester Square is in the heart of it all. Located across the street from the Leicester Square Underground exit and right next to a bus stop, you won't need a car to get around London. With so many dining options within a 1-block radius, you can really experience a little bit of everything. The rooms are very small, but modern and well-maintained. The shower only had a combination shampoo/body wash, so make sure to bring conditioner or your own toiletries. No TVs, which was strange, but most likely helped keep the price down to be in such a nice area. Staff was very friendly and expeditious and we had no issues at all during our stay. If I visited London again I would probably keep this as an option, but it wouldn't necessarily be my #1 pick.
