The ground floor features one bedroom and seperate bathroom, while the heart of the house consists of a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The bright and open space is perfect for socializing and unwinding, with large glass doors offering a stunning view of the lush greenery surrounding the villa. On the upper floor, three additional bedrooms each come with their own stylish en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two of the rooms have access to a balcony that boasts a breathtaking view of Vransko Jezero, while the spacious upper terrace, furnished with comfortable seating, invites you to relax and soak in the serenity of nature and the calming tones of the landscape.



The villa’s outdoor space is designed for complete enjoyment in the open air. The crystal-clear swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, while a covered outdoor dining area with a charcoal and gas grill is perfect for preparing meals in the fresh air. The enclosed courtyard is a true entertainment paradise, equipped with a trampoline, a basketball hoop, table tennis, a pool table, badminton, and bicycles for exploring the surroundings. Five parking spaces and one garage space are available.
