This property was rated a 9.4/10 when we read the reviews they were positive but I didn't realize I needed to look farther in to the reviews. We checked in and looked at the room the curtains were torn and felt well worn! not what the pictures looked like. We tried to check out and they wouldn't let us. We didn't stay and recieved no refund for the week we booked. Beware look beond the pictures. I guess were expecting to much!

This place was fantastic! Great price, pool open 24 hrs and bungalows all around the pool, like in the 50’s. I have traveled all over and stayed in nice hotel's, but will never for this Palm Springs stay.

The pool area was a big wow! Beautiful and surrounded with lush plants. The rooms were large comfortable and clean, but a little stuck in the 1990's. What an updated could do for this hotel.

I have stayed here several times in the past and am always happy with the service, rooms and grounds. The bed was comfortable, room clean and plenty of hot water for shower. I tried the little Cafe located at the office and liked it a lot. Also used the washing machine and dryer, since this was the middle of my trip. Convenient and fairly priced.

Centralized location was perfect for easy access to everything the Coachella Valley has to offer. For me, it was access to great hiking and parks. Staff was outstanding, rooms were clean, and the hot tub was a nice was to finish off a day on the trails.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here and it’s always been a wonderful place. Small, quiet, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful views from every room. Love the pool and the hot tub. Try the Village Cafe on site, delicious coffee and food. Will stay here again.

Room was big for 4 of us. Nice set up. Full kitchen and little table with a plate set up for two. Tv remote didn’t work. But I think the batteries were dead. I didn’t call the front desk as it wasnt that important to us. When I called the front desk for extra bath towels- they came promptly with new ones. I will say that ona 5 day visit it would have been nice to have new towels maybe every other day. Room is slightly run down but not enough to make that much of a difference. For example the wall heater in the bathroom. Left over from the 70’s…and the window screen looks like it could be replaced with a new one. Beds were fairly comfortable but a bit too squishy for me. Overall for the price and allows for our dog it was decent.

The recliner smelled like dog, but the staff were able to clean it & return it 3 days later. I cleaned the filter and the grill on the hvac unit and reset the "Clean filter" setting. My wife cleaned up dog hair and dust behind & under the recliner. She also cleaned the top of the fridge. I bought a frying pan as the one in the kitchen was scratched up. We were very appreciative of having a full kitchen & larger room. The pool & hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed 3 day hikes, Homestead Trail, Coachella Valley Preserve, & Tahquitz Canyon. We look forward to returning for future Winter vacations.
