Arrived to find that TV remote batteries were dead and bedroom TV remote was missing. They had no replacement batteries or replacement remote. It would be the afternoon of the next day until they could get some, so we couldn't watch TV for most of the two day stay. Carpet was soaking wet at entrance to one of the bathrooms, lamp lights were burnt out. All things that cleaning staff should have noticed. Had to take a cold shower since hot water never arrived for our post-hike, late-afternoon shower, even after running the water for 10-15 minutes (it was there later in the day). Staff were pleasant, polite and apologetic for the issues, but didn't really provide actual help (e.g. offer to go buy batteries, or find a working remote from empty room, etc.). Otherwise, property was well kept, rooms were clean and spacious with two bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and linens were good quality. You were also close to downtown, and located in a very peaceful, natural setting. Overall it was a good, not great stay and we might stay again if price was in line with mid-tier hotel, not the luxury hotel price we paid.

The property itself was such a unique property, very clean and very well maintained. The resort was very quiet and the view of the mountain side was simply stunning. We also could easily walk downtown to grab breakfast or dinner and grocery stores are around within a mile. The room was perfect for our needs offering a full kitchen and fridge.

The hotel has not been renovated in a long time. The furniture and carpets in common areas are heavily worn, dirty, and threadbare. In the bathroom, there is very weak water pressure and the pipes are persistently clogged. The room smelled from sewage issues. Towels were dirty.

We were extremely pleased we chose this property. The room was in excellent condition and very large. The staff very friendly. Location is excellent - walk to downtown Palm Springs in a few minutes. The Pools were heated and the hot tubs were amazing!

Loved the area. beautiful setting against the mountains. Would have liked some shower gel instead of the bar soap that not only leaves a sticky residue, but is so wasteful for those only staying a few nights. Would advise to get the refillable dispensers most hotels have for body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here in mid December! Friendly staff, great amenities (tennis, bikes, popcorn, jacuzzi!), comfy beds, spacious condo, easy parking, and walkable to restaurants - wonderful all around. Our teen sons enjoyed every minute! We will always stay at the PSTC whenever we are in town. Thank you for a great vacation!!

The staff at the reception desk was a bit “snooty” for my taste. They cater to the very wealthy I’m sure, but that doesn’t excuse them from friendly and courteous verbal communication skills with all guests. If they were in fact trying, they really need to try harder.

Ive stayed here many times. In fact, if a apt isn't available, i change dates in order to stay here. It's beautiful. Maintenance is exceptional. Staff is professional and responsive. The pool, tennis courts, whirlpool like no other is beyond fantastic. Location is the best. Parking without an issue. Quiet, comfortable, relaxing and a wonderful experience overall. If my personal situation was different, i.would purchase a unit at this resort without hesitation.
