Great location but with some serious issues
The property is located in a very convenient area. There is plenty of space for multiple people and the general facilities were good. The property has some serious issues though:
1. There is a smell of raw sewage in both bathrooms, dishwasher and the kitchen which comes and goes. It can be very overwhelming!
2. We killed 3 huge cockroach's both upstairs and downstairs. We also saw poisonous cockroach traps left in some rooms. We had 1 toddler and 1 child so had to make sure they were not touched.
3. The mattresses need replacing. I think they needed to be replaced many, many years ago.
4. There was not enough kitchen towels, bin liners or toilet paper available and we had to purchase more.
5. There are constant mosquitoes in every room. I lost count of the amount of bites I have.
6. The Air Con needs to be serviced. It absolutely stinks when you turn it on.
7. There was a used sex toy left in the cabinet in the living room.
Personally I wouldn't recommend the property and wouldn't return.
