A 35 foot balcony is accessible from the family room or the master bedroom through the 9' tall sliding glass doors. Most Tidewater one bedroom units don't have the master bedroom FACING THE GULF like this unit has. Floor plans vary greatly at the Tidewater and we feel certain you will agree this is the best one bedroom condo at Tidewater! The bunk room is a separate room with a closet and washer and dryer. We also have two full baths. The living area and master bedroom have LCD televisions. This is the largest one bedroom plan at Tidewater and is located on the 15th floor.

This unit comfortably accommodates 5 guests. The king size master bed features a deluxe king size Serta mattress and the bunk also has quality Serta mattresses, not foam. The furnishings are excellent quality and the unit was professionally decorated. A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use. Two full baths are also available. New sectional seating in the living room may also be used for a place a guest can sleep.
