TOP Floor of the D Building! Closest building to the beach at the Dunes - Enjoy the penthouse! You will also enjoy the quiet of not having anyone on a floor above you.
Unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday only starting May 30th thru peak season.

FREE Beach Service with rental of D1205 (two cushioned chairs with an umbrella) March - October

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the emerald green gulf water and the sugary-white beach. Relax on the balcony that runs the width of the condo and watch the dolphins swimming and the sailboats skimming along. You have easy access to the balcony from the master bedroom or the family room.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. It has a Keurig and a drip coffee pot and all the necessary cooking and eating utensils.

The family room has two rocker recliners and a comfortable sleeper sofa (queen). Enjoy the amazing view or watch TV on the 50” HD flat screen TV.
You can relax in the spacious master bedroom on the King size bed and enjoy the gorgeous view of the gulf or you can watch your favorite show on the 32” flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two full size beds. It also has a 32” flat screen TV.
There is stackable washer and dryer in the condo.
