This condo is DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. You are booking directly with the owners, a small family of three. There are NO middle-man or broker fees just to place you in a unit someone has never stayed in or doesn’t know the current condition of. All of our properties are well-maintained, newly renovated corner units in high-demand locations, including this one just down the road from Pier Park in Panama City Beach, FL.

We also have properties in Panama City Beach, Destin, Navarre, FL, and Gatlinburg, TN, all viewable on our website or by clicking the host picture at the bottom of this page.

If you are looking for an adult-friendly, kid-friendly, or family-friendly vacation spot, this is it. You can park your car in the garage or take a shuttle from the airport and never need to drive again until departure. Everything you could need or want to do is on-site or within walking distance.

The resort features an onsite restaurant, Starbucks, convenience store, gym, arcade, movie theater, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, Roman spa, steam room, and more. It is also walking distance to world-famous Pier Park, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment, and across the street from the iconic Dusty’s Oyster Bar. You name it — it’s nearby.
Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views down the beach, views of the pier, and Pier Park fireworks.

We try to help guests with smaller budgets by not requiring a 7-night minimum stay. To make this possible, your reservation must either butt up to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay.
We cannot accept 1- or 2-night gaps, and bookings that do not meet this requirement will be cancelled. We cannot sacrifice those nights to make a stay work. If you cannot meet this requirement, please do not book. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to host you soon.

Family friendly for sure! It's just a well-located, nice area, easy to find, nice restaurants nearby, beautiful blue sea water, EXCELLENT views (may be the very best thing about this unit on the CORNER). The condo was BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, which mattered so much to me. I liked the TWO outdoor pools and hot tubs and that they were located so near the beach. Very nice people seem to seasonally rent these condos. That mattered a lot because we made friends easily. Bed mattresses OUTSTANDING. But the living room views leaves an impression that will not be forgotten! SO PRETTY. Lingered on balcony with morning coffee, wonderful breeze, and views three different directions. The corner location of this condo REALLY adds a dimension to the overall experience.

Let me start out by saying that the views from this condo are amazing! The condo is updated and the bed in the master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress ever. It was wonderful! The owner is very responsive to text messages and we did enjoy our stay. The pots and pans could be updated as what they have to use are very worn out and limited. The bath towels need to be replaced as well. I ended up buying 3 towel sets because we only had enough for 6 people and had 8 in our party. I’m sure that if I had contacted Nikki, she would have had someone bring them to me. It was just easier for me to get some because I was going shopping anyway. The elevator situation at Tidewater is a nightmare. It is not uncommon to have to wait 10 min for an elevator that would have enough space for you to fit in. There are guests arriving and leaving every day of the week so people are constantly using luggage carts leaving no room in the elevators. This beautiful unit is on the 9th floor but once we got our luggage and groceries to the room, we basically took the stairs up and down most of the time. In the parking garage, they are working on one elevator so there was only one functioning. We just rolled our cart through the garage from the car to the 2nd floor access. I’ve given this a 3 star because of the elevator situation. I’m thankful that everyone in our family is healthy and we were able to utilize the stairs.

The pictures posted are precise. Beautiful views, very clean, room enough for everyone, & fully stocked! Communication with the Premier Host was the best I've EVER had with a host! She's so friendly & very accommodating! Highly recommend this unit!! Also, the fireworks were amazing!

Great Condo

This place was better than the photos. Spacious, walking distance to many attactions. Parking was easy, management was prompt.The balcony was everything.Loved the coffe pot. Lots of channels on TV WONDERFUL!

Spring Break Girls Trip

We always try to stay at Tidewater when we make our yearly girls trip during spring break. This location did not disappoint! The accommodations were top notch. And the view of the beach breathtaking! The only negative I can think of is that the beds were too high. I'm Short! ;) Would definitely stay here again!

It was Perfect!

I have zero complaints about this condo! Every bed was super comfortable, plenty of space for clothes and plenty of space for five adults and five children too! The three bathrooms was so convenient and a huge plus!! The ceiling to wall windows facing the beach was absolutely gorgeous and each morning I woke early to sit on the balcony with my coffee....and watch the waves roll in. The wrap around balcony offered a view of the entire coast, which was also a huge plus! The host was very accommodating and promptly answered any questions that I had. You cannot go wrong renting this condo, so just do it!

Very nice!

Beautiful place! Beautiful view! We saw many dolphins, sea turtles, and stingrays. Close to all kinds of stores. Close to the Pier Park with restaurants, ice cream and much more! Highly recommended place to stay!

Property was beautiful. The view was amazing. Lots of small wonderful details in the unit. More importantly, beds were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful when our child was hurt on one of our daily adventures (off-property) and helped us work through it. We were so thankful for her kindness!

I cannot say enough about the beautiful views from this condo! Everything was clean and exactly as pictured (only BETTER)! The hostess was so helpful and gave us great advice about elevators, door codes, and anything we might have wanted! Gorgeous condo, we cannot wait to come back for another stay!

Great place right on the beach!

This is a great unit at Tidewater. Owner was very responsive and checkin was easy. Great location for families with a restaurant and little shop on site, arcade, theater, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, and fitness center/sauna. You can easily rent beach chairs for the week and go back and forth to the room/pool/beach easily. Unit was very clean and decorated well. Corner unit with ocean view and with a larger balcony than others in the building.

Perfect Family Vacation!!!!

We loved this unit. It was clean and very spacious for our family. The view on this end unit was amazing and we watched dolphins and the light show on the Ferris Wheel at Pier Park. Easy walk to shops and Restaurants .The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. We pre registered so the check in was fast and efficient. Pool was great and the adult children used the workout area daily. The staff at Tidewater were polite and helpful. Would stay here again and really enjoyed our vacation!!’

Spring Break getaway

We really enjoyed bringing our Senior high school daughters and friends here. They were able to walk along the beach to get to the Pier, shops and restaurants. The beach chairs at the resort were really nice, the condo was beautiful. Favorite moments were sunset on the balcony. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.
