A beautiful setting. Check in was slow. Instead of the usual tropical cocktail I was given a plastic bottle of water. They did not mention the VIP aspect of my booking or the £200 resort credit. When I went back to ask about this they said I’d need to see someone the next morning. This morning I’m told that it’s not a resort credit but basically a coupon book which can only be used one at a time as a discount. Further, they said they offer better discounts than the
