Amazing location, with lots of dining options and easy access to transit for exploring the city. Awesome bikes for rent! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room were cozy, if a some elements were more stylish than practical. We were so grateful for the interior rooms. (I had wanted the city view room, but.it wasnt available. In retrospect, I think it may have been noisy with taxis, construction, and early morning deliveries.....and perhaps smokey from the restauarnts below.) We found lots of affordable breakfast options nearby, from sit down meals to patisseries to go. There is also a wonderful laudry a couple blocks away, so didnt need to pack more than a couple outfits for the week. All in all a wonderful home base for a wonderful visit.

The Hotel had a 3.5 hrs power outage at night. I have OSA and use a CPAP to be able to sleep at night. I was visiting Paris for a business trip and had important meeting early morning. Not being able to use CPAP meant ai couldn’t sleep. Medically, if I would have tried to sleep without a CPAP I could have had a fatal incident. This meant I was super tired in the morning. The hotel did not inform this before my arrival. Although they had put in signs saying there will be a power outage but the wordings said “There will be a power outage between 1AM and 5PM” It wasn’t mentioned that it will be for the entire duration of these times. Nevertheless this should have been mentioned before I checked in. Atrocious. Also don’t bother with breakfast, horrible for the price you pay and also highly disappointed with coffee during breakfast. No coffee facilities in the room!

Excellent Stay at this hotel (2 Couples). While we had some teething issues with one of the rooms they were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. A massive shout out to tbe front desk team, in particular Nicolas, who are fantastic. The hotel is ideally located across the road from Gare Du Nord, and the rooms are fantastically quirky with very comfortable beds. The onsite restaurant was very good for breakfast and we also had an lovely evening meal there - Shout to Jack who was brilliant here. All in all I would highly recommend a stay here!

Another great stay here, my go to place to stay in Paris! Location is great (although a few sketchy characters in the surrounding area but never caused me any trouble), rooms are wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Staff always helpful and polite. I look forward to staying again soon

El hotel es bueno ha sido mi cuarta ven hospedándome en sus instalaciones. La vista desde las habitaciones extragrandes es de , En esta ocasión reserve una habitación diferente cuando llegue no me gusto y pedí un cambio en la recepción me dieron por escrito que tenía que pagar total de 25 euros por día cargo, que acepte En el check-out me subieron la tarifa del upgrade un más de un 30% le dije que debía ser un error que me habían dicho que era solo 25 euros me dijo que no aunque le monstre por escrito lo que me dieron al check in que decia 25Euros , Me acabaron gritando y hablándome mal menospreciándome y diciéndome mentiroso básicamente cuando los que me dieron esa tarifa por escrito fueron ellos, no estoy acostumbrado a que me traten mal en un hotel tristemente la atención en este hotel tan bonito y delicado a decaído a un punto que no pienso volver a hospedarme ya que aunque no sea una fortuna no estoy acostumbrado a que me engañen diciéndome un número y luego cobrando a la fuerza otro. Deberían contratar gente más profesional que no les grite a los clientes Antón creo se llamaba, le dije que es una lástima un gerente se comportara de esa manera ya que no era buen ejemplo para sus clientes. tengo la copia de la tarifa que me ofrecieron si se puede subir me dicen donde ya que en ningún sitio decía que había que añadir más taxes decía precio cerra 25 euros que fue lo que acorde. Les recomiendo evitar este hotel para que no les griten o les hablen despectivamente.

Overall: My Fiancee and I absolutely loved the decoration throughout the hotel, to include our room. The location of the hotel is phenomenal, being right next to the train station was so convenient. We would stay again for convenience, friendly staff, and the unique decorations. Staff: The staff were overall very friendly! Upon our arrival, there was a woman of African-Black ethnicity who was very kind and friendly! She has braids and worked the morning shift, unfortunately I was not able to get her name. Hugo was a great help anytime we needed assistance! There was a female manager/ supervisor whose attitude was not too friendly at the receptionist desk. But, she could’ve been stressed from the high volume of customers. Room: Comfortable and cute. However, we smelled cigarette smoke that came from the vent, an unpleasant smell for us. If the Hotel is non-smoking then we should not have to be exposed to it with the money we pay. The issue was fixed by an air purifier machine which was very noisy during our rest. I would like to be compensated for the smoking odor inconvenience. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent, though not many options. We would not be willing to pay for it in the future at that cost. New Year’s Eve Dinner: For the price that was paid, I understand because it was NYE dinner. However, we would not do it again. The young lady who performed live did good as well. The best part was the free party that we could attend to finish the night.

We had another fabulous stay at 25 Hours! We love coming to this hotel, it’s beautiful- the room was enormous and had the most incredible view of Gare du Nord. The staff who checked us in were extremely friendly and welcoming. We can’t remember his name- but shout out for making us feel so welcome. It’s in a great location for exploring different parts of the city and accessing public transport. I’m sure we’ll be back again!
