I thought the service was poor and condition was as well. Half the power in room didn’t work. Reported the first and second day of stay and no record of it. Nothing done until last night we were were offered a free breakfast. Windows blew open every night- even when securely locked- not very safe. Needs attention and proper repairs. Would not recommend.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and rooms very clean and well maintained - the only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the noise at night - this kept me awake the first night as we were facing the train station and windows are not double glazed so constant buses through the night and there is a homeless problem round the train station, this however would not deter me from staying at this hotel as metro and train links very useful and we dield enjoy our stay - it is just like anywhere in Paris - you have to be extra vigilant - And take earplugs!

My initial room did not have any windows, just a skylight and it felt like living in a box literally. I asked for a change of room, but I found out the light of the new one did not work , so I have to ask for a room that really worked. The manager on duty took over and reassigned another one, which was much better than I expected. I truly saluted to the manager as she was customer centric, patient and professional. She has the magic that turns lemon into lemonade. When I checked out 2 days later, she made sure my stay was satisfactory and happy. She represented the gold standard of client service. I was impressed by her professionalism and a strong sense of commitment to client engagement and service. I like to express my gratitude and appreciation for her excellent service. I strongly recommend the senior management of NH hotel to talk to her and ask her to share her best practices. I have been staying with NH hotels around Europe at least 3 times before, but this one was the best and I would say this is one of my best experiences in my frequent travel. At the very least I would like to recognize this amazing manager for her excellent services. Please send my gratitude and appreciation to her. Once again, thank you! I am looking forward to seeing her in my near future in Paris as I will definitely stay this hotel next time in Paris, which will be soon. A job well done and you deserve a salute !

This hotel was very disappointing for an NH hotel - not the standard you would expect. The hotel appeared to be under renovation everywhere you looked, from duck tape on walls and surfaces to shabby stains in the bathroom, bedroom and communal areas. Would not stay here again.

NH is in the High rates per night. However they are not renewing the bottles of water nor coffee after the first day. We stayed 4 days and where told that they charge if we want some more... we found this a bit cheap to say the least..for a hotel of that cetegory ! On the good sides, personnnel was top notch and room very clean and the subway was litterally at the front door

Was not aware that the hotel was being renovated and ended up in an unrenovated room. Carpets really bad and bathroom beat up. Beds and linens were ok staff were nice breakfast standard fare Would not recommend until they’ve done renovating

My room was really small. However, it was just me, so that wasn't a big deal. The room was on the 8th floor, which was really cold at night. The heat had only three levels, and the highest level didn't do anything but make noise. I needed an extra blanket to survive

The hotel is in the middle of construction, very complicated for guests to move through the hotel and no planning. Staff was very helpfull and that was the best part of the experience.

The hotel was undergoing renovation so we had to go upstairs to reception and that was not ideal Not too friendly but the room was great and check out was easy but the receptionist sent us the wrong was for a bus annoying but these things happen
