This hotel is in a decent location, a few blocks from metro. Close to a selection of restaurants, where you can get a breakfast for cheaper than at hotel. Only downside that is unusual is you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave the property.

Highly recommend

Really lovely hotel in a wonderful part of Paris. The hotel was clean and the staff were always welcoming. We very much enjoyed that the hotel had a small drinks area with a wine vending machine, and a small courtyard for coffee. A lot of thoughtful touches.

I did not enjoy this stay. The hotel is very old. Old carpet and old wall paper. The room was so dark even I had all the lights turned on. The pictures on expedia website make the hotel looked a lot nicer. They used small bottles of shampoos and not given on the second day. No hair conditioner. Lotions were watery. Soap bars for shower. We ended up going to nearby grocery store to buy our own shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Tissue box was half empty when we arrived so it was empty fast. Front desk was very small with one receptionist. Need to give the room key to the receptionist every time leaving the hotel. Breakfast area very small. I paid over $250usd per night for this hotel so I wasn't happy. But it was too late to do anything and I won't let it ruin my vacation! Will not stay here again!

Convenient located

Location is very good. There are many cafe and restaurants in the area. The hotel is very close to metro, and walking distance to some of the touristy places. Staff is nice. The room rate is reasonable. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The room is clean and new. The only thing I don’t like is the bathrooom. It is a bit dated and with slight urine smell.

The property was a smaller establishment and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, however the room size was small and tight. Food service was good for the price but limited and repeated daily. Cleanliness of the room was adequate, however after the 2nd day, housekeeping services seemed to languish. By the third day, towels were not replenished, even though we had used the same towels for the 1st 2 days, and the fourth day, only one bath towel and a hand towel were provide for the 2 of us. Additionally by the fourth day we ran out of toilet paper and used tissue paper until the next day when the empty spindle was replenished with a used roll with less than a full roll of paper!

Hotel De Sevres was ideally placed within a lovely area of Paris . Close to varied small shops & lovely little restaurants. A short walk to the metro stations which was perfect . The staff were very helpful . The room was clean & comfortable, and tea/ coffee was available in the downstairs lounge all day from 1pm til 11pm. A tv in the room, but no English speaking channel available .

Front desk is not really friendly, not coffee maker in room neither in lobby as usual, the man in front desk who was doing the breakfast tell us have to pay for a cup of coffee really rude. I understand that we have to pay for breakfast but it is extreme that force the guest to pay for breakfast by denying a cup of coffee, unacceptable.

Lovely stay

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Sevres! My room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to let in fresh air, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of walking. I did not try the breakfast, but I appreciated the nespresso machine, hot water kettle (with tea bags), and small chocolates available in the afternoon through the evening. I took advantage of those each evening after returning from the day’s activities. The location is also great with many restaurants, shops, and metro/bus stops nearby yet also the immediate block around the hotel is quiet. Definitely recommend!
