Property cleanliness is fine however in one of our rooms the bed was extremely close to the floor as either the box spring or the frame was missing. Also there was coffee and tea supplied but there was no coffee machine or kettle available. Also you might want to have someone clean the ceiling fan in the lobby as it is extremely dirty.

We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool becasue we were visiting with our grandson and when we booked it did not let us know that the pool was under construction which was very inconvenient. Staff was not very friendly or helpful.

The room was nice enough, and clean, too. The bed was quite firm and the pillows were too thick. I resorted to using a couple of folded towels instead so i didn't end up with a very sore neck. The blackout curtains seriously need replacing as they are very worn out.

Staff - Upon check wasn't very friendly and after leaving my initial review than proceeded to call me and complain that I didn't think she was friendly. The call to my room was at 10:15pm when I had a small child in the room trying to sleep. She said I am sick what do you expect. I travel almost weekly and have never had such a terrible experience with a front end staff ever. The gentleman upon check-out was absolutely fantastic, the lady should take a note out of his book in how to be in Customer Service. I literally didn't want the staff in my room as I was fearful of what they might do. To say I will never be back is an understatement and I was very clear to tell anyone that this place should not be stayed. If I could have found a room else where I would have gladly left

Nice quiet gem in grimshaw. Only complaint is the rooms are too hot. And the ac wasn’t working fully in March, understandably, but it made for quite a disrupted sleep with the room being too hot

Do not stay here!

Pool was closed due to poor maintenance of the roof. I was charged 3 times the amount of money at check in than I should have been. Shower head and tap in shower were coming right off. Shower curtain ripped and stained. No cleaning services. Was told to come and get towels and toilet paper. They told my 70 year old mom to take her own garbage to the dumpster outside. We rented a conference space and when we arrived were told we could only stay until 11. No hot water from room sinks. Keys NEVER worked. Microwaves don’t work. Do not stay here!
