No heat controls in room. They only turn it on if you complain.The outside of the hotel is covered spiderwebs and it’s filthy.Everything is neglected.This place is a joke.

Arrived late and had to wait for our room to be cleaned. Office staff apologized because they thought it was done. Front windows were broken, no handles. Small shower. Room decorated cute.

Parking was convenient. I received my room number and door code with no problem. The room and the outdoor hot tub were clean. The building is old, but has been maintained. The view was great.

Courtney was the host!! So friendly and accommodating!!! The Inn has been recently updated and looks great !! Gas fire pits and hot tub was an extra plus!! Would stay here again and would recommend to others sue- Clarkston

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Bay Inn Petoskey! My room was clean upon arrival and the temperature was comfortable. The only thing I would say is I was not expecting an air freshener to be sticking out of the air conditioning unit. you cannot beat the view across from the bay!!

Shower head in #2 drips all the time, beds are too hard, and as stated, very thin walls and ceiling, it’s like people are moving furniture till midnight. Yes they provide earplugs, but people you all need to know to have respect for others and NOT create more noise than you need to.
