My first time staying at “The Canopy” rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and great to talk too. Sony at the front gave some good advise on where to go for certain foods and parking which I was aware of rates Canopy had. Tori the hostess was very kind. Definitely my must stay when I am in Philadelphia again.

We had a decent stay at this hotel. It felt more like a 3.5 star hotel experience. Walls are very thin, so we could hear the party next door till after 1 am. We could literally make out their words. Shower pressure not great. On the day we were leaving, a staff member got into our elevator with a huge laundry or garbage cart. I was pretty grossed out. Isn't there a service elevator for this?? Or use one of the other 3 elevators! Very unprofessional. Would absolutely not stay again.
