Sony was so friendly and helpful after American Airlines bumped my family and I from our flight to Milan, stranding us for 24 hours. Felicia was super gracious and empathetic, allowing us to wait in the lobby for three hours before returning to the airport. The bar staff sold us wine even after they closed and gave us free carafes of water for the room after our hellish ordeal. Thanks to everyone and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

This hotel really got all the little details correct! The style was beautiful and made us feel like we were in a Pinterest board. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The free shower items were great and better than tiny little bottles that were normally provided. Can say it was the best stay we’ve had.

I have stayed at hiltons before, but this wasn’t the best. The safety is good but I feel like where they lacked the most was the service. I only stayed for 2 nights and our toilet did not properly work and our 2nd shower head didn't even work. I waited hours after hours for housekeeping to the point where I said that I just needed towels. After 3-4 calls and hours later I got my towels. So service is poor for sure and just overcrowded in the lobby causing delays.
