Room was clean and comfortable. In an inconvienent location. The dining at the location was very limited and food adequate but not great. Staff was good but not great. Bartender did provide us with a very good recommendation for local dining and went beyond expected service. Rate this hotel as good.

Dated hotel in desperate need of an update. It took 20 minutes to be able to exit the hotel due to 1 elevator working. No ideally located for much unfortunately

Not recommended

Upgraded bathrooms which were nice. However, tubs are not friendly for those with mobility issues or elderly. Poor quality towels. Room furniture outdated even with flooring upgrades. Hallway carpets filthy. Couches in louge areas need to be replaced. No appeal. For the price there are many other properties much nicer. Didnt relocate because of nonrefundable rate through third party booking site. The good thing is that we spent a lot of time exploring the city and didnt spend much time at the hotel. I a frequent traveler and has stayed at a variety of properties.

Although it was a train ride into the center Lisboa, the hotel offered a quite, clean and large room, and therefore it was worth the extra travel into town. Bonus was the hotel has a shuttle that takes you to the airport.

The breakfast was very nice. The room was a bit outdated, but the bathroom was renewed. Everything was working, but the sound isolation of the windows was very bad. Especially considering the noisy street in front of the hotel.

Been awake since 2:20am from all the noise. Too close to the airport so there’s constant roaring from the planes and next to some joint that plays loud music into the wee hours of the night. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The prices for dining and room service was reasonable. Very easy walk to the trains and buses. The only issues we had were the AC unit dripped at times and the restaurant was buffet style even for dinner with disappointing quality. Would stay here again.
