Perfect location

Stayed here for 1 night during our visit to Philly. Perfect location, the hotel is located by loads of shops. The room was small but perfect for what we needed. The lounge/reception area was very modern, more modern than the rooms. The provide discounted parking at a nearby car park which was handy as the price was high. Only downside… we couldn’t find a safe in our room to put important documents which would be needed if staying for a long time.

I love this hotel – the location the cleanliness, the coffee bar, the staff, and of course the the staff and of course the hotel itself. Nice gym to. Terrific location and it's very safe. The front desk staff are amazing.

Disappointed in check out

The shower head broke. On checkout we told staff and was met with a little attitude from the manager- said we should have called from desk and they could have moved us to another room to shower. We didn’t think to do that as it was a Sunday and we also needed to head home. The manager said she would submit for a credit of $25 through hotels.com and that has not happened. Hotels.com also listed the property as having parking but didn’t mention it was not at the hotel and there was a charge. Would like to get reimbursed more than $25 for the inconvenience and delay in response.

Parking and unloading from car

ONCE we finally got into hotel it was nice, room a standard queen was a bit small .My beef was in unloading luggage and checking in...its in the middle of the city on 2nd floor..so driver has to pull over illegally and one person goes upstairs checks in.. then u go downstairs and around block across street into parking garage, not an easy experience then walk back to hotel..with luggage I also did not like electronic check in. What is the point of having conceige if u have to do it at kiosk...

Hotel is in a great area but my room was dirty. The shower floor was slimy and the surfaces in the bedroom/bathroom were dirty— not wiped down. There was also a stain in the bed!
