We were not familiar with the Philadelphia area but decided to try a hotel near the airport because we assumed it would be safer and nicer. That's not what we found. We call this motel the murder motel. The door to our room was dented and looked like the locking mechanism had been replaced several times because someone kicked it in. The room reeked of smoke and the ceiling was stained and moist and looked like it was going to fall in. I didn't get a chance to take pictures because we literally ran away.

Awful. We were given an unclean room and then we were switched to a smoking room. It was so late we tried to sleep but do NOT stay here. Sheets were dirty, peeling paint, and the smell. Horrible.

After a very long day and arriving past midnight dead tired, I entered a filthy dirty room. The fake flooring had not been swept or mopped in what looked like a year. There was dirt, debris, fuzz, and filth on the floor. The bath mat had 10 shades of dirt on it, and I didn't dare take a shower in the awful tub. I was very reluctant to sleep in the bed, but had no choice. When I fluffed the pillow, a black beetle fell out and crawled across the sheet. Disgusting. The outside of the hotel was dirty with a million shards of glass broken right in front of my room, and it didn't seem to matter to the hotel at all, as they just left it there. In addition, there were empty beer cans, trash, and debris in the parking lot. Do NOT stay here, unless you don't care about sleeping in a disgusting and filthy dirty room. An absolute crap hole. Don't let photos fool you, it is just gross, dirty, and a filthy hotel.

This place didn't seem safe to me. It's next to a Motel 6 and from the moment you get out of the car you see a strange atmosphere with strange people. The room smells totally awful. I give it 1 star.

Room was not cleaned prior to arrival, with trash being left in the bin, and in the nightstand drawer. Door was completely lacking a deadbolt for security. Bathroom door was broken and could not close. Booking information included free wifi, but there was none.

That was the worst place i have ever stayed! I wore socks in the room and when i took them off they were so dirty I through them away!! The shower was dirty and the bathmat was a wet dirty gray. Unbelievable 😳 so I guess you have figured out by now that I do not recommend the Red Carpet Inn

Red carpet inn such a dirty hotel , Flies was in the rooms . We tried to check two time room . Any way they need to put clean sheets n pillow covers , was faded and no Amenities a s mention as mention in the website . Although they let us check in early . But was a very bad image. Only hotel shuttle was available from Airpot to Hotel but the old men driver was so rude was honking the horoon even we saw him , standing at the hotel entrance. One receptionist in the morning time was rude too we came ready n request the shuttle so he say Check in time is 3 pm it’s too really .papers glasses was available on rest . Nothing eatable near to hotel. Any way very bad experience. .

Nasty

It was just for a night of sleep after a concert but wow. Room smelled like cigarettes with burn holes in the bedspread. Flies in the room. No microwave or refrigerator and the ice machine was broken.
