Once arriving to the hotel, the front entrance was crowded with cars left parked outside At the front door. When booking this hotel through expedia it did not specify that parking is $30 a day. And that the pool was under maintenance We found out after we booked through an email that Expedia sent us It should be told before booking. We did receive two complementary drink drinks, which was nice. Breakfast time was very crowded We had to stand and wait on a long line There were no staff coordinating the line and people were skipping the line.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room had a strong odor, there were roaches, and the overall appearance was dirty and poorly maintained. The toilet clogged, and instead of addressing the issue quickly, we had to wait over 20 minutes just to be moved to another room at midnight. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. Customer service was nonexistent, and it’s clear they don’t prioritize their guests. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay Parking is over priced

Our stay was good, but the parking fee is outrageous—$30 a night—added to the room price. There is no other place to park around the hotel. I stayed before the pandemic, and parking was free. We are all going through trying times with many of us losing our jobs.....just think about the price of parking, especially when you have someone booking 4 rooms and staying at your hotel for 4 days.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast included. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Large tv. 24 hr gym. Toilet and showerpan could use an update. Parking on the pricey side. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was great, had 2 rooms booked, our room the frdge didn’t work but got a new one the next night and my son and his family room was so hot ( they set the temperature for 60 ) but never did cool. He went down to the front desk and asked for a fan but never got it.

One night in between flights

Very nice except the pool is closed again. The TV in the sitting room didn’t work and the room could use a clock. There were a few hairs on the tub as well. Otherwise the service was good and it still is a nice place to stay. Love the happy hour and free breakfast although I left early.

Excelent service!

Staff was super friendly! Check-in was fast and easy. Room was a suite...very nice to have a seating area! Requested extra towels and pillows, minutes later a maintenance work showed up with the towels because he saw the request and did t want us to have to wait! These employees really go out of their way to make sure guests are treated very well!! Will definitely go back
