The staff went out of the way to help me. I arrived right before the restaurant closed. The staff held my bags and let me run to order food and then come back to check in. It was most appreciated after a long day of travel.

The staff was very accommodating & helpful. I was able to check in early which was a lifesaver. The rooms are spacious. The AC didn’t cool that well & some of the furniture is outdated. But overall great stay & convenient location to the airport.

This was the worst property I have stayed at in a while. It took forever just to get checked in, my room had no coffee, did not get cleaned even though I requested it to be clean when I left, so we came back to a room full of old smelly food. No one could help with any information, the front door of the entire hotel cam off the hinges and had myself along with other costumers waiting until the front desk person came and slammed the massive door back on? I requested a handicapped room for my mother and they somehow switched my initial booking to another room so I ended up spending an additional $50 on a toilet seat riser. The interior of my room was old and smelly, I mean the furniture was so old you could see where it was all worn down from all the previous customers. It was discusting!

Unexpected Day

Staff was rude. Didn’t let us switch the names and told us that we couldn’t neither could Expedia. They said to call and cancel the room. We couldn’t reach Expedia for a while until they picked up and did switch the name. At check out, staff was also rude.
