Had to wait about 10 minutes on arrival to be assigned room. Then find out assigned room was not made up. So had to return to the desk. Had to wait again to be reassigned another room. Room was good once I get settled. Hot, made to order breakfast was only eggs. They used to include pancakes. Breakfast area wasn't well kept up.

The common area on the entry level was lovely with water features and plants. Quite relaxing. The suite was adequate. Good space. Dated furniture. Clean. Checkin was effortless and the goodie bag was much appreciated after a long day of travel.Breakfast was much more elaborate than I had anticipated. Thank you.

You just cannot go wrong with any Hilton affiliated hotels. Awesome staff and service. Very friendly and helpful. Super clean facilities, the personalized Welcome message on the TV screens was excellent service. Just an AWESOME experience.

Airport shuttle never arrived…waited 40min and finally took an uber to get to the property. Property is really dated. Bath sink was clogged, reported it twice and didn’t get solved nor they offered a new room. Will not recommend it. Avoid this location it doesn’t live to Hilton’s standard

The room I stayed in needs so much repair. The door of our fridge is breaking and the bottom piece just came off. There isn’t a vent in the bathroom, so that fogs up and the moisture causes mold. They tried to cover mold damage with spackle. They also didn’t give me enough towels for the following day. Staff is nice but not informative. They did not tell me they were going to charge me a deposit fee.

The room was neglected. The toilet didnt flush properly. The outlets were a safety and fire hazard. The tv in the living room didnt work. Its not the front dese fault. We didnt complain or bring it to their attention until check out.
