The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. But we stayed for 5 days and never received room service. When i asked that someone at least empties trash cans after the third day, i was asked to put the trash outside the door. I saw neighboring rooms put piles of towels outside the door. They are terribly understaffed seems like. Oh, i had to take a shipped bike in a box to my room. The front desk couldn’t even give me a cart, let alone have someone help me. They had one cart available and if someone was using it or not returning it, you had to carry things on your own without a cart. Im giving two start because it’s in the city center of amazing Philadelphia, and that deserves recognition.

Staff wasn't very friendly, but the room was clean and bed was comfy. Kind of sucked being on the top floor behind all the conference rooms. Had to walk in between the conterence attendees to get to our room.

Don’t expect to sleep

The room was large, comfortable and clean. But it faced onto a lively street and the windows entirely failed to keep the noise out. Revellers and revving motorcycles went on until 4am, preventing any sleep (surely a main purpose of a hotel?)

Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Be ware of unfamiliar with area. Smack dab in the heart of Philadelphia therefore parking was an issue. The hotel does have a small area to load and unload luggage. But if anyone is using it’s impractical and inconvenient.

I read a few reviews on the Hilton Garden Inn located in Philadelphia and boy was I impressed. The overall quality of care, professionalism, cleanliness and location was outstanding.
