Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Had to make an adjustment to our booking and the staff messed it up. When we attempted to fix it they were less than helpful and rude. Finally got a manager who was nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean and good location.

The room was very clean and the parking deck was accessible and convenient. We got in late and were looking forward to having dinner in the restaurant but it was closed at 9:30 instead of at 10:00 PM, which was stated. The bartender sent us to a local dive for bar food but it was in walking distance, the food and service was good, so it all worked out. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was pretty comfortable but the fitted sheets kept coming off the beds - they are stretched out and shrunken. They don't quite fit all the way down the mattress, so they come off very easily. Also, the comforters are quite worn. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor. I did appreciate the nightlight in the bathroom, your friendly staff at all levels, and the quality of your mattresses. Soundproofing of the rooms could be improved.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean but definitely dated and need some upgrades. Area is good enough if you’re willing to walk around. There is a parking garage right next door which charges $40 a night. Not terrible considering other garages were around $45. Huge plus was Reading Terminal Market being right next door.
