The hotel was extremely convenient as it was connected to the convention center. The room was clean and very comfortable for our family. Valet was full for parking when we arrived, however there was a garage directly across the street. I would definitely stay there again if traveling to Philadelphia.

Staff was rude ! We had a double booking for the same room we had 3 different people knock on our door asking if we were leaving at 9 am management had nothing to say they put us in a room that already had someone in it we opened our door to only be greeted by other guest
