Nice condo that sleeps a lot of people

Our stay was for a couple months - location was wonderful in Alta Mesa- pool was great. When we had an issue the host responded fast and always fixed issue.We would stay again!

Nice gated community at a good location Very nice large TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms, with cable TV. Wi-Fi connection was very good.A limited amount of cooking pots and pans reduced any cooking availability.No fault of owner, but cleaning company did not do a good job. Oven was filthy, floors were dirty. We contributed a bucket so the floor could be mopped. Also suggest the outdoor patio gets hosed down and BBQ cleaned. We recommend this unit, hopefully, they get a better cleaning job in future.

Winter get-away

We enjoyed the location of this property which is close to Mountain hiking, golf, restaurants and shopping. The pool was right across the private street from our unit and we enjoyed relaxing in the sun every day. Very safe and secure neighborhood. Our Grandkids had a blast when they came to visit.

Came down to run Mesa Marathon. Great location. Condo was beautifully decorated, had huge tv's in every room and was very comfortable for my whole family. We love Arizona and will be back!

Nicely furnished condo

Very happy with this condo. Minor checking problem solved immediately with call to property manager. Large televisions in every room with good internet channel package. Internet in general was very good. Garage large enough for any vehicle. Minor quibble could use a few more pans. Would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend to anyone needing vacation rental in Mesa. Lots of nearby eating choices and shopping.

Great trip!

We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). The pool and hot tub were perfect and very clean (heated as well). The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) across the street at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade just down the road...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Awesome vacation

This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!

Amazing place

This place was gorgeous!! We were able to rent this home and 5 others nearby to accommodate our large group. Everything was brand new and state of the art! Jason was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The area was beautiful as well surrounded by lush orange orchards with plenty to do for all! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and loved practicing their putting on the new private putting green in the back yard. The Lost Dutchman Superstition Mountain Ghost Town was straight out of the movies (and free to see the shows and tour the buildings). We loved the home made fudge and ice cream as well as the old fashioned steak house. We stopped by Saguaro lake and did the river cruise as well (gorgeous landscapes with wildlife all around). The host of the cruise provided a great history of the area and was very entertaining. Our family was so sad to leave =(
