Room was clean and checkin was easy but omg the noise. I didnt realize there was a nightclub or something across the street and whatever was going on didnt end until 2am. I wish there could have been some kind of notice about the noise level.

Checking in was a breeze. Staff were really nice. Our room was clean and it was nice to be able to walk to nearby restaurants. You are in the Entertainment District with several clubs and restaurants. If you’re younger, this might appeal to you. Free breakfast in the morning was great!

just another corporate hotel that is incapable of being transparent about costs: I get there and they tell me its ten bucks a day to park. and there is only one elevator and its slooooooow. and it is across the street from a lot of noise at night. the pool is in a parking lot. simply put, its WAAAAY overpriced for what you get.

Great location and price. Since booked through app and not direct there were different charges which I never received a receipt for just a $108 charge after the fact. I can assume $60 was for $20 day for my dog which was expected. Their link offered $20 for late check out the request online and even text went unanswered so I went to the front desk. They said it’s $35 because I booked through an app and not them but nothing to show that in policy. They did offer if I only checked out at 12 instead of one they would comp it but checked out at like 12:15 as couldn’t get back from brunch in time. Didn’t like that they advertised one fee to charge another. $95 should have been my additional charge but without getting a receipt I have no idea what the difference was. Hence why service was a 3 because I was supposed to be emailed a receipt and curious what the difference is. I’d stay here again but know now what to expect and will ask for a printed receipt at check out. They do have what seemed like a decent breakfast options that you actually order at a counter not a buffet style that next time will take advantage of but didn’t this trip.

Stayed 3nts in the sky suite. Very spacious room, private balcony overlooking Camel Back Road. Great location, close to restaurants/nightlife and shopping mall/old town- all within walking distance. Breakfast was complimentary and good selection. The breakfast burrito was tasty and filling. I would stay again. There is a pool area too, looks very inviting but we did not have time to use.
