We loved the hotel but we were thoroughly disappointed that the hot tub was broken and freezing cold. It has been broken for awhile as well and it put a damper on the trip.

This would be a great place to stay, except for the fact that the hot tub and pool are never warm or kept functioning. They always say that they’re waiting on a repair. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always the same story. Super disappointing for people that pay a high rate to stay here

The Hampton Inn @ Queen Creek is a lovely place! The hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s near restaurants and shops. The parking is convenient, and if the hotel is full then there is overflow parking in the adjacent shopping center or dirt lot next to the property. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast has variety and is well stocked.
