Upouudet huonekalut, upeat patjat, mukavat lakanat, paljon tyynyjä, pehmeät pyyhkeet, lisähuovat, kaikki tarvitsemasi pienet kodinkoneet, yksinkertaisesti upea uusi lattia, kristallivalaistus, uudet suihkut, uudet lasitavara, leivontavälineet, astiat ja niin paljon muuta! Käytössäsi on ilmainen WiFi ja ilmainen langaton internet.

Upeat näkymät järvelle meidän patiolla! Avaa lasiovi ja olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä järvestä, höyryttävä puro, kävelyreitti, kalastuslaituri ja luonto.

Yhteisöllämme on päällystetty kävelyreitti järven ympärillä, joka on 1 mailin pituinen. Se on aidattu, joten vain järvenrantayhteisöillä on pääsy polulle. Polun varrella on penkkejä, kalastuslaitoksia, vesiputouksia, suihkulähteitä, viileä puinen silta ja paljon vesilintuja. Se on loistava nopeaan lenkkeilyyn aamulla tai rauhalliselle kävelylle illalla.

Meillä on uusia tennis / suolakurkku pallokenttiä (ja tarjoamme tennisvälineitä huoneistossa!). Upouusi kylpytynnyri valmistui juuri maaliskuussa!

Meidän uima-allas on yksi harvoista lämmitettyjen yhteisön uima-altaat Phoenixin alueella (kyllä tarjoamme uima-allaspyyhkeet condo!). Olemme yrittäneet ennakoida kaiken, mitä tarvitset, jotta lomastasi tulisi todella mahtava!

Huoneisto on saanut mainiota palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Rose Mofford Sports Complex. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

The view of the lake is outstanding. The large deck was lively in the morning for coffee and evening for sunset. The path around the lake is an excellent morning walking or running route. It is a quiet area with a pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts.Parking is free, close and convenient.

Nice condo with a great view. It was very clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The location is a mile or less from food and shopping as well as a North to South interstate highway. It was very quiet, almost felt like we had the community to ourselves. Mille had great communication over the entire rental process.

Great rental property! Millie, the host, was extremely responsive. Location was great with shopping and restaurants nearby. We loved taking walks around the lake and listening to the ducks. We pretty much had the hot tub and pool to ourselves. Quiet and very relaxing! We will definitely stay again!

Great stay in Phoenix!

Upon arrival, I found the condo to be clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Check in with the lock box was easy. One of the standout features of this rental was how well-stocked it was. The kitchen had all the essentials, including pots, pans, utensils, and even some spices, which made cooking meals a breeze. Additionally, there were plenty of towels and linens available, and supplies for the washer and dryer. The presence of a coffee maker and a selection of coffee supplies was a nice touch for early morning routines.The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were available to answer any questions we had about the property or local recommendations.This rental was a good choice for our vacation. We used the heated pool and tennis courts on site, and the location was close to I17 so it was easy to travel to other sites in the Phoenix area.Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic!

The condo was fantastic! We book lots of condo’s each year and this may have been the nicest condo we have stayed in. Here are just a few of the great things you can expect:-Check in is simple and communication with the Millie was timely and clear. -Condo is spacious, clean with lots of amenities.-Well stocked kitchen.-Great deck with lots of seating and great view of the pond.-Three large comfortable beds.-Easy access to the pickleball/tennis courts which we used multiple times.-Short walk to the heated pool community pool with lots of seating.-Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.-Nice walking path around the pond which easily accessible from the condo complex.-If you like golfing, Cave Creek golf course is a short 10-minute drive from the condo.We had a very enjoyable stay would not hesitate to book Millie’s place again.
