Probably won't stay again

Went with my 10 year old daughter, the reason we picked this motel was because of the restaurant, which happened to be closed. We loved the pool area however our room was noisy from the traffic outside and the person(s) above us could be heard walking around and it sounded as though they were rearranging the room until after 1am it stopped of course as I was getting ready to call down to the office. There was long black hairs on the pillows of one of the beds (I have blonde hair).

A little bit out of the ordinary

We stay at this hotel alot but this time the refrigerator was not working and decided to defrost in the middle of the night and flood the floor and made a strange ticking noise all night, then at about 8:45 am one of the maids decided to just walk in on us didn't knock or anything just walked right in

Nice stay

Stay was great, although our double room could use some maintenance. Just minimal. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. Because of the weather we arrived a day early and had to book a different room, staff was very helpful in checking us in and making sure our 2nd night room was ready so we didnt have to haul all of our belongings to the car and wait for a room.

Beautiful hotel, large comfortable rooms, and very close to lots of restaurants and activities. The gentleman at the front desk over explained many of the less important things and under explained the most important. He also changed our room number and confused himself even more…called me back for something that he didn’t even need me for. The pool was very nice but the water slide snd mushroom sprinkler didn’t work for much of Saturday evening and Sunday morning.
