The location couldn't be more convenient, it is literally in front of you when you exit the freeway. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The convenience of breakfast was nice. There is a shopping plaza minutes away with an excellent grocery store, which was super convenient. I didn't give a full 5 stars because the shower didn't appear to have been cleaned, there was still hair on the wall of the shower from a previous guest. Also our room had a connector door to the room next to us and we could hear absolutely everything they were saying - until 2 am! Otherwise, we had a great stay and would stay again.

First time in Pittsburgh

Never been to Pittsburgh & needed a consistent place to stay having staying at Drury hotels all over the country we knew what to expect. Only complaint I would have is it seems like the food quality went down a little. Not complaining since it’s 100% free but it’s not what we are used to. That being said we won’t hesitate to stay at this or any other Drury location.

Our stay was not great. There were several ppl multiple nights that were using the hot tub and pool that were not staying at the property, which rendered them unusable by us... and is the only reason we booked this property. The food was also awful at this property. We've never seen the sawdust eggs and guess meat in any Drurys previously. We really wish they would have controlled the amount of ppl that inundated the property.

My husband and I stayed one night while attending his brother’s funeral. We were very pleased with what we saw upon arrival. However, an issue arose when we returned from the viewing later in the evening. The door locks throughout the entire hotel had been changed and we couldn’t get into our room! We returned to the main desk (carrying food and drinks) where the staff (who were extremely apologetic and doing everything they knew to try) tried accessing three different accounts using their new passwords, but the new program wouldn’t accept them. Finally, one staff member went to our room with us, but her passkey wouldn’t work. She had to return to the lobby and get the metal key. Glad it worked, we were beat. We were told if we went anywhere, just get the person at the desk to let us back in the room. We were okay with the situation until we went to breakfast this morning and were told we needed our IDs. Come on! No one informed the next shift about our situation? We were given a key using our phone #, but the desk person’s attitude came across as though we were an inconvenience. It was offputting since we hadn’t done anything to cause the problem. Even with this, we would stay there again. It really is a nice, comfortable hotel, and the price was very reasonable for all the amenities they provide, even though we weren’t around to enjoy most of them.

It was great! Everything was fantastic! The food, the staff, the fitness center, the cleanliness was top notch. The pillows on the bed were awesome and the controlled room temperature was perfect. I didn’t have to play around to find what felt like the temp we wanted. It was accurate. The hot tub was perfect. The pool was adequate. They have a complimentary breakfast and dinner. It is the top hotel I have stayed in to date. Much appreciated!

The hotel was in a safe area with lots of conveniences nearby. Breakfast and kick back were well staffed and food was enjoyed. Pool was nice for our kids to relax in. Enjoyed our stay!

I would rate this hotel as 9 1/2 out of 10. The room was a tad bit not warm enough. But it was minor I’m sure they would have repaired if I asked. We stayed 4 days and everything was well done. I will recommend this property to others and I will look for a location in my future travels
