A warm welcome began a quick but pleasant stay is this walkable area. The room was comfortable and spacious. The gym was adequate. The coffee was ready in time in the morning and changed. Even the restaurant looked appealing. Good water pressure, comfortable bed, working AC. The staff, however, is the greatest amenity here. Always head up, with a smile for the guests and usual recommendations. A very well managed hotel.

Loved the manager hour and special perks without the air of pretension that exists at other hotels. When we’re back in Pittsburgh, this will be our go-to hotel. After having recently spent time in Germany, the beer selection at the rooftop bar was also excellent.

A tranquil and battery recharge ready space!

Hotel is centrally located but tucked away from busy/noisy streets. Room was impeccably presented and amenities in the room very thoughtfully curated. We stayed two nights which allowed us to assess the service quality and consistency which did not disappoint. On the second day we requested a room ‘refresh’ which was perfectly delivered for us to enjoy an impecable retreat upon returning from our full day of museums and art excursions. Try the restaurant … the food is great, the service needs more staff but otherwise a great experience.

Hotel was nice but being close to an intersection you can hear the crosswalk beeping all night. Parking is expensive even if you are using the city lots. Bed wasn’t great comfort wise but the hotel overall including the staff were good.

Its a renovated hotel that is clean, 75% of thr staff was VERY nice and welcoming. I honestly didnt like the food at the restaurant. I didnt use the valet service, but the valet staff was very nice
