My husband , myself and our two small girls are currently going into our third week here and I am very happy to say I have zero complaints. The staff is extremely personable and accommodating. All you have to do is be a decent human to others. There are many negative reviews online that I do not agree with. We will gladly be staying here for our winter extended stays in the near future and possibly again next winter. We appreciate all of you here at La Quinta!!

Smoke detector was in a dresser drawer, bathroom sink wouldnt drain, we booked the room for 5 people and only had 4 pillows, they wouldnt give us anymore. The pool was the main reason for going with this hotel and it was down. Staff was very friendly and apologetic though.

The room was noisy. The drainage system passed through my room with the huge noise whenever other people flushed their bathrooms. It was like every minute. No peace. No sleep. It was a harrowing experience. The heat wasn't working. The attendant didn't help and couldn't change the room because they were all filled out.

Staff were friendly and respectful, however, overall cleanliness/condition of facility was poor: broken equipment in room, noisy HVAC/inoperable wall mounted HVAC controls, shredded window screens, room cleaning services regularly forgot to restock items like toilet paper, tissue, towels, and bedding was only remade instead of changed. Noticed a couple garbages that were never emptied. Concerns stated to front desk were not immediately addressed, and in a couple cases took days for a response followed by incomplete resolution.

First of all the lobby literally smelled like garbage. There were pieces of wall hanging off in our room. There was no way to get the TV to work without having someone from the front desk come up and get it to work. And when we went to the pool, we got to sit next to a big bag of dirty linens.
