This beautiful, pet friendly, (dogs only) 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is oceanfront and features breathtaking ocean views from the rooftop deck. Just steps to a wide, lifeguarded beach! The walkway to the beach has a handicap ramp and is easier to navigate over the dune.

This oceanfront condo (Unit #4) sleeps 4 with 1 queen bedroom plus 1 bedroom with a single over full bunk bed. There is also a pull-out sofabed in the living room. Gorgeous and relaxing views from private roof deck! Amenities include 3 smart TVs, a gas grill, Wi-Fi, A/C, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, updated bathroom, 4 beach badges, 4 beach chairs, private outside shower (not shared with other units) & 2 parking spaces. Pillows and quilts included, bring your own sheets and towels.

Quiet neighborhood that is south of Beach Haven but still only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike) to all the Beach Haven fun and restaurants including many restaurants, Murphy's Market, liquor store, pharmacy, mini-golf, home-made doughnuts, bagels, clam chowder, surf lessons, Thundering Surf water park and Fantasy Island Amusement park. This property accepts dogs. If you have a small, well behaved dog they are welcome here!

This attached condo (#4) is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor so there's nobody above or below you. This unit is directly facing the beach and beach access is on the side of the building (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘main floor deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private deck. There is a spiral staircase to the roof deck and the staircase is shared by the front two units but once you get up to the roof deck there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so you have your own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.
