Located facing the sea, the elegant Sivella Mar seafront apartment enjoys one of the most exclusive locations in Puerto de Pollensa and is very close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach just around the corner. With 1 bedroom, spacious living room, balcony, private parking and even an additional solarium on the roof, this apartment is designed to impress.
The interior of the apartment is modern, elegant and recently decorated to offer an even better holiday experience. Additionally, being located on a corner plot, it allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day, which provides a great sense of space and freedom. It has 1 bedroom, one double, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment has air conditioning (at fixed times, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
The large doors open onto the front balcony, allowing you to enjoy stunning views of the sandy beach, the promenade and Pollensa Bay. A flight of stairs also leads to the roof terrace, a private area that boasts the most sensational views and plenty of additional space. For the convenience of our guests, even if a car is not necessary at this property, there is a private (enclosed) parking available on-site free of charge.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Important information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
