Villa Beach Carbo is an impressive property located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente, in a very quiet zone that offers the best views over the sea. Completely renovated with the highest standards, the villa offers direct access to the rocky bay of Cala Carbó, while the coastal town of Cala Sant Vincenç, with its fine sandy beach, is just a few minutes' walk away.



Inside, the villa is distributed across different levels and has a total of 4 bedrooms. There is a living room with satellite TV, DVD, modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds/en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed (these two bedrooms share a bathroom). The villa offers impressive sea views and Cala San Vicente views from most rooms (which is romantically illuminated at night).



The exterior terrace of approximately 70 m² with a unique sea view, the natural stone barbecue, the outdoor kitchen, the wide teak wood panels and the living room invite the guest to spend unforgettable hours under the Mallorcan sun enjoying the impressive views.

The steps lead to the large main terrace of 120 m² with a private pool. Here guests can enjoy in peace and tranquillity a fantastic 360° panorama of the sea and mountains: a truly unique feature of this villa!

Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

The views from this house will take your breath away! The pool was so nice for the kids and adults to enjoy!! There are a lot of stairs so be prepared to sweat, but the view is worth it!!

Fabulous villa

Stunning villa, pool is beautiful, amazing views, well equipped kitchen. Short walk to beaches and town. Lots of stairs might make it unsuitable for little children and people with mobility issues. The driveway is very rocky so we avoided driving on it. Overall a superb place to spend a week in a gorgeous part of Majorca.

Beautiful Villa Cala Carbo in St Vicenc

The property was amazing, perched on the rocky side of a cliff with the most amazing views that North Mallorca offer. The villa extremely comfortable and efficient with just about all the necessary requirements. The pool lovely and again the views incredible looking down to a sea bluer and clearer than the Caribbean. We had a lovely time, the only criticism would be the steps, was aware of the ones going down to the road/beach but not of the 50 coming down to the villa, a problem for anyone with mobility issues. A lift would have been nice! Felt fitter by the end of our two weeks stay. I would rate it as one of the nicest stays I have had anywhere. Amazing!

Fabulous private villa with stunning views

Villa is very private with stunning views from the various terraces. Well equipped and with plenty of room to spread out. Definitely not suitable for the very young or the very unfit (and probably not for nervous drivers!).

A fantastic stay at a beautiful villa. Excellent amenities. we all loved the pool area which was well-maintained and had beautiful views over the bay. The barbeque area is excellent with plenty of very necessary shade and 2 ceiling fans. Gorgeous views from most rooms. Fantastic villa!

Very nice house

We really enjoyed our stay. Such a beautiful place with lots of space and wonderful views. Only issue was the internet. The service team was very nice and tried to fix it, but it switched off several times a day, so we had to use our own mobile data.

Très belle Villa avec vue imprenable et incroyable sur la cala carbo!

La Villa magnifique est construite à flan de montagne et domine la cala carbo. Elle est parfaitement équipée, avec climatisation et très belles terrasses toutes avec vue plongeante sur la cala carbo, et fait face à une splendide chaine de montagnes, offrant ainsi une vue imprenable quelque soit l’heure de la journée. Très belle piscine . 2 très belles chambres principales avec vue sur mer. Nous étions 2 familles avec 4 ados et nous nous sommes régalés et avons vraiment apprécié le calme et la sérénité du lieu. Seul bémol pas forcément précisé: la villa comporte beaucoup d’escaliers extérieurs et intérieurs, à éviter pour enfants en bas âge
