We are delighted to offer you this cosy duplex apartment situated in the Llenaire area, at just one minute walk to the beach of Port de Pollença. It is set in a small complex and has a nice communal swimming pool surrounded by a lawn.



The main door leads direct to the lounge dining open plan kitchen area. From here, glass doors go direct to the outside terrace, which has access direct to the pool and garden area. This terrace has a nice exterior table and chairs, and two sun loungers. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric hob/oven.



A spiral staircase leads us up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are situated. These comprises of one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. There is a toilet downstairs too.



This apartment is ideal for couples or small families who wish to spend a relaxing holiday near the beach and not far from the Puerto Pollensa centre. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Excellent 2 weeks in Pollensa

Llenaire is a lovely part of Puerto Pollensa, at the Alcudia end, quieter at night away from the pine walk. This apartment has everything you need for 4 adults or 2 adults 2 kids. Location and value is excellent. Compared to villas nearby which are more than double or treble the price for 2 weeks in July, it probably lacks some luxury and privacy. However, we met most of the other residents and they were all friendly and chatty and didnt mind sharing the pool space at all. The apartment is in excellent location for the pool with direct access. And just 3mins walk to beach. 5mins walk to Spar woth its own bakery. I have been to Pollensa close to 20 times and know my way around. This apartment is in the best location in my opinion (better end of beach), great value, good pool, everything you need!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful town

Really enjoyable stay at this beautiful apartment. Listed exactly as the apartment is. A really quiet location, excellent pool and a very pleasant walk into the town. Only downside was initially finding apartment, location pin was showing the street next to apartment which caused me some confusion in finding apartment, however once I found apartment I was not disappointed and would stay again
