Despite its tranquil rural feel, the villa is just a five-minute drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Llenaire. Layout
The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area equipped with a Smart TV, CD/DVD player, and Bluetooth speaker, with access to the terrace and garden. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and coffee maker. There is a double bedroom with a 150cm bed and an en-suite shower room with a WC, as well as a twin bedroom with two 90cm beds. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a WC.
