Villa Butxaco, One of the most popular, and for good reason

Villa Butxacó is a beautiful old two-story house that has been renovated, and is bursting with character and charm. It is located a few minutes by car from the town of Pollensa. The owners have spent a long time decorating and restoring the house to give it a touch of modernity in a totally rustic and traditional environment. Existing elements and more modern ones have been used to make the house more comfortable.

From the main terrace, a wooden door gives us access to the interior of the house. The spacious living room has wooden beams on the ceiling, ceramic floors and traditional furniture, all with the aim of making the stay more relaxing.The lounge area is attractive and fully equipped with sofas, armchairs, TV and DVD, and a fireplace. In the back of the living room we can find another rest area and a toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped and has an exit to the outside onto a covered terrace and the pool area. It should be noted that there is an exterior room where the washing machine and iron are located.

The bedroom area is located on the upper floor. These consist of the main room (which is double and has a full bathroom en suite), and two double bedrooms that share another full bathroom with a bathtub. All the closets in the rooms are built-in and have wooden doors. In addition, all rooms have air conditioning.

Preparing outdoor dinners is one of the best pleasures in this villa, as the house is completed with a barbecue area and large terraces. The crystal-clear pool is Roman-style and is surrounded by a garden with grass from which we can admire the different fruit and flower trees around.

Villa Butxaco is ideal for families who want to spend a pleasant holiday in an authentic, fully restored Mallorcan estate.
