The living room, integrated into an open-plan dining area, offers a bright and comfortable space, ideal for socializing or unwinding. The adjacent balcony is perfect for outdoor dining, enjoying a drink at sunset, or starting the day with breakfast while taking in the view.



On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, one of which has a private balcony. These rooms provide comfort and privacy, accommodating up to four adults and two children.



The kitchen, fully equipped and integrated into the social area, offers a functional and pleasant space to prepare meals and share special moments with family or friends.



The apartment is part of a gated complex featuring a large shared pool, sun loungers, and well-maintained gardens, creating a relaxing and safe environment for all guests.

It was ok, a little disappointing. Location was great tho

Not as we expected. This is NOT a sea facing room. Apartment faces the parking lot. All renovations are from a manufactured wood company and are starting to wear. No clothes closet or any hooks to hang clothes in one of the bedrooms. There are no hooks or clothes rod in the main closet, nor hooks in the bathroom. The kitchen accessories need to be re-stocked ie oven mitts, sink plug, serving spoons. No kitchen/dining table so for 4 people it's not convenient for eating /playing cards etc. The island stools are not very sturdy. Instructions for all of the appliances would have been appreciated and in English. Make sure you insist on a second set of keys if more than 2 people occupying unit. On the positive side the location of the facility is fantastic. City bus stop right outside the facility. Restaurants/cafes/bars right outside the facility. Easy walking distance to Portimao and Alvor. The property management people were accessible via WhatsApp. Housekeeping staff were amazing and very friendly. Shower was also amazing!
