The modern apartment consists of a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). The large balcony invites you to enjoy a good meal or a break with a book and a glass of wine.

The apartment has access to the communal pool, parking spaces are located directly in front of the apartment block.

Portimão is a port city in the southern Portuguese region of Algarve and is known for its old town, its proximity to the beach and its busy harbor. South of the city are the beach "Praia da Rocha" with its ochre-colored rock formations and the fortress "Forte Santa Catarina"

It is the ideal starting point for exploring the Algarve. These include coastal walks, fantastic beaches, the Monchique Mountains with their 900 meters of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic towns such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to Lisbon (travel time approx. three hours) or an eventful day trip to Seville in Spain (travel time approx. two hours).
In summer, the Algarve offers a variety of cultural highlights in the evenings.
