Room was great, complimentary breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for. Immediate area seemed a little dodgy and hotel is not on the waterfront in the slightest. Valet parking a little pricey but would not have trusted public car parks overnight. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Our beds were not made daily or vacuumed. We had to ask for towels. We had to take our luggage cart to our rooms. They didn’t do that for us called a couple times for my car to be brought around wasn’t there when I said it would be. After spending $1000 for three nights they actually charge me $40 to park my car in Val.

The staff members at this location were accommodating and very nice. In addition, the room was big and the cleanliness was notable. The property itself is nice, along with the breakfast option and location to downtown. I would recommend this property.

The staff has exceeded expectations in all areas. From check in to check out everything we needed was attended to with a smile and efficiency. I highly recommend this spot for its location as well. So much in walking distance and never a dull moment.
