The staff was nice. The facility including the room had an overpowering smell of carpet cleaner. It’s not the worst but can’t help that it might’ve been masking some other odor. The free breakfast includes Kellogg cereal, which was good, but the eggs seemed like they were premade, reheated powdered eggs. One bite of it almost ruined my appetite! The coffee was great and the breads were great. We liked the location because it was right across the street from the Maine Brewing Company

Hair clumps in the shower. Orange stains on a towel. The entire room smelled strongly of awful cleaning product. Freeway is right behind the hotel so it's very loud when you open the window.

Perfectly Adequate

The staff were kind and helpful, which goes a long way. The room was adequate--not immaculately clean, but just fine. The location was convenient, with Maine Beer Company directly across the street. Better to go out for breakfast. Overall, the price was too high for what was provided.

Great staff, nice room, passable breakfast

My wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway. The staff was excellent, very attentive and kind. They accommodated us despite showing up early. The room was nice, the bed comfy. It was very easily accessible as all rooms are on a single level. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was meh. Edible, but not anything to comment on. Overall it was good value for money.

Fine for the price

This is a perfectly clean rather boring hotel/motel. When I showed up to check in, nobody was at the desk for at least 15 minutes, but we did check in early. When someone did come to the desk, the check-in was quick. The room was very serviceable. The location is close to town, but you cannot walk. There was no body wash or soap for the shower and the towels were the size of large hand towels. You can hear every single door that closes and person talking in the hallway but if you’re looking for a decent place to sleep so you can go explore, then this is fine.

When I arrived to check in, I’d booked two rooms. Somehow one room was approved and the other room was declined. I’ve never had this in my life. I fortunately was able to pay for another room that night at the same facility same card even. Won’t happen again. Not sure if it was hotels.com issue or the hotel issue. Anyways they tried to make it right, but I never had so much trouble getting a room. My room had a water bottle on the windowsill and an empty wine bottle in. Grounds were not inviting. Last time.

The beds in this hotel were great- and that’s where it ends. The hotel was not clean, especially the bathroom and we spent the night listening to a dog bark. There was a complimentary breakfast and we did not dare to eat it- if that tells you anything. Not worth the money.
