Room was not so clean and even when we requested the room to be cleaned we only got dirty towels replaced. Staff was practically non existent. When you did get someone very poor attitudes, impression was they wanted to be doing anything else other than their job.

Worth it!

First time staying at this location. No issues. Everyone was professional, especially the two women in charge of the breakfast. They were both very kind and polite. Front desk staff was also very helpful.

Room 220 in particular is EXTREMELY noisy. It’s right that on top of something that causes the entire floor to vibrate. Impossible to get a good night sleep. Arrived from airport at1:45am. Too late to do anything about it, but this night stay ranks among the worst. The shuttle driver was not very personable - didn’t even offer to take my luggage on or off the shuttle (and I was the only rider. Check in staff might as well have just stayed in bed as they were half asleep when I arrived. Not welcoming AT ALL or helpful at check in.

Wife and I stayed there for 4 days. We walked into the room and the forst thing she saw was hair on the floor. When she was taking a shower, noticed a small area of mold forming in the shower. The property offers every other day housekeeping servic which is not a problem, but they did not provide service at all. Check with the front desk around 2pm, they assured me that our room would be cleaned because we were on the schedule for housekeeping list and not to worry. Came back after diner, nothing was done. I went to the feint desk to get what was needed to make the room and did it myself. Nobody from upper management bothered to reach out to us with any explanations, not even a sorry. Cowards? Or maybe they didn't even care because we were asians? Don't want to believe that but could not help feeling that way. The only highlight was the front desk staff who were very friendly and informative.
