Fab hotel, gorgeous room and great location. Service was great but not too many smiles from staff, friendliness was lacking. Breakfast a little chaotic. Was super busy and table turn around was slow so it meant standing around waiting for a clean table and getting in everyone’s way.

Disappointing start to our 6 day stay when we arrived at the hotel to be told someone was in our suite and it wouldn’t be ready for us they have left the next. We was put in a double room for the night with a complementary bottle of Prosecco for the inconvenience. The next day arrived and we was told our room wouldn’t be ready until the afternoon and that they would move our cases to our new room while we went exploring the city. When we got in the suite we had booked it was lovely and glad we booked it rather than the double we had been put in originally. The breakfast was fantastic with a great choice everyday from a hot choice lots of breads cold meats cereals fresh fruit yogurt and cakes. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculately clean. We was also offered complimentary taxi back to the airport for the inconveniences we had experienced. Would I stop at this hotel again if I was in Prague? Even with the hotel room experience most definitely with a great location and a great breakfast we had a great time stopping here.

I have stayed here several times, and the place is always clean and the employees courteous and helpful. Problems with the internet though need to be solved. You can't hold a zoom call or a proper phone call over whatsapp.

Hotel was in a good location, close to amenities and not far from tourist attractions. Room was positioned outside the lifts therefore was noisy at times. Bathroom was poorly designed - the shower head was placed over the curved part of the bath so difficult to stand under the shower head. This resulted in water spraying all over the bathroom. We asked for a double room however got 2 single beds that had been pushed together.
