The staff was exceptional, both at the front desk and dining room. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. The food options catered to all tastes and guest nationalities. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is situated in a great area, allowing us to walk to many of the tourist spots people come to see, as well as restaurants.

Very clean and modern. Close to old town which was overrun with clamouring tourists. Just a bit outside of town where it was quieter. If you are english speaking for a fun night's music go to durty nellies.

I like the location and accessibility to restaurants as well as good breakfast , on the other side the hotel seems old and room smells , the first night I have to change all the bedding since was also smelling ? Like someone previously smoked , after that it seems they cleaned the room and the odor decreased and the bedding was fine no other complains , staff was nice and helpful

Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming as well as the security guards in the front. The breakfast was delectable and everyone was very compensating and nice. The room was splendid, everything was clean and well organized. I would 100% recommend this hotel to someone who is visiting Prague! The gym is small but very clean and free bottle water is available.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Michelangelo Grand Hotel ans it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety and had vegan options. The room was very cozy. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge which was also very comfortable. It was very easy to get to and from the hotel. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

Comfortable and friendly.

We found the Michelangelo an excellent hotel to stay at. The location was good, being close to main centres and numerous restaurants and cafes. The bed was comfortable (my wife and I didn’t require the air beds we always take with us, just in case). The shower was also excellent and these two features are key to us. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The storage is limited but sufficient for a few days stay in Prague. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

They thought of everything

The location is great. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of savory and sweet items. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room felt welcoming. The extra amenities offered in the room made us feel at home. The staff is warm and welcoming. Overall it was exceptional, and we would definitely book this hotel again as it helped to make our stay in Prague an enjoyable experience.

A Convenient Stay at Michelangelo Grand Hotel Prague – Great Location, Room for Improvement Michelangelo Grand Hotel Prague is a decent property with a very convenient location. It's within walking distance of downtown Prague and well-connected to all public transportation, making it a great base for exploring the city. Let’s start with the positives. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their service was prompt and professional. The breakfast was a standout fresh, plentiful, and full of variety. It truly felt like a royal spread! However, there are a few areas where the hotel fell short of its five-star claim. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and oddly, the side table was placed far from the bed, which made it impractical. The couch in the room was also disappointing, its cushions kept sliding off, making it uncomfortable to sit on for more than a moment (maybe just good enough for putting on your shoes). Another drawback was the shower setup, which is inside a very narrow bathtub. It felt a bit unsafe getting in and out, especially if you're not particularly agile. That said, if you're not too concerned with the finer details and prioritize location, friendly service, and a great breakfast, this hotel could still be a good fit for you
