Great place, great location.

Perfectly clean, quiet and peaceful, everything worked, and it was just short walk (down a big hill) to Loro Parque and Playa Jardin. Jorge was very accommodating and gave us suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Very nice!

Fabulous Apartment near Puerto de la Cruz

This apartment gave us everything we could have asked for. It's in the great location of Punta Brava - about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. For the physically challenged - the apartment is at the top of a hill where there are beautiful views. A couple of evenings we weren't up to the climb back, after we had been walking all day in the mountains, so we just parked our car at the bottom and drove back after our evening out - it's literally 2-3 minutes drive back up to park in the underground garage that is provided - or you can take a taxi for around 3 - 4 Euros from both Punta Brava and Puerto de la Cruz. When we first arrived and had a walk around Punta Brava we weren't sure it was the sort of place we would want to eat / drink etc. as it is not a tourist "hot spot", more a lovely local village - but how wrong we were - going to the bars and drinking with the locals was great entertainment - and there are some fantastic restaurants - our favourite was Rincon Del Mar - very quirky decor and the owner couldn't do enough - go for the paella or the house special a sort of fish stew - you won't be disappointed! The apartment was spotlessly clean and so well equipped - probably one of the best we have ever rented. As well as the kitchen equipment, all the day to day essentials needed for the full 2 week stay, washing up liquid, cleaning products, toilet rolls, etc were provided. Lots of good quality towels for bathroom and pool/beach. Spare bedding etc and on arrival a carton of milk and bottled water so that we could make a cup of tea without having to find the local shops. The shopping experience is always part of our holiday - buying locally grown and produced goods. The Lidl supermarket is less than 5 minutes by car and can provide just about everything - but don't forget the small local supermarkets that sell freshly made bread etc. The heated pool is beautiful and also kept spotlessly clean – sunbeds are provided. It was great to relax there after a long day walking and listen to the seals, parrots and occasionally the chimpanzees in Lora Parque which is just down the road. Highly recommended for a base to explore the beautiful North Tenerife.

El apartemento está limpísimo, con todos los detalles cuidados y todas las comodidades. Se nota que los propietarios velan por que los inquilinos estén a gusto. Las vistas son espectaculares y tiene una terraza maravillosa. Los propietarios siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Gracias Jorge y Encarna por hacer posible posponer nuestra estancia, facilitándonos pasar unos días maravillosos en vuestra casa. Volveremos.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Appartement und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Es war eine rundherum schöne Atmosphäre und auch der Check-in/out Vorgang war sehr entspannt und der Kontakt sehr nett. Das dazu eine eigene Garage gehört hat das ganze abgerundet. Kurz und knapp, sollten wir wieder nach Teneriffa reisen, ist dieses Appartement die erste Wahl.

Un séjour parfait dans cet appartement

Nous recommandons cet hébergement qui nous a donné entière satisfaction. L'appartement est confortable (très bonne literie), avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La résidence est calme (aucun bruit) et le parking souterrain un vrai plus pour garer notre voiture de location. L'accueil du propriétaire était parfait (nous étions en retard et il nous a accueilli même tard dans la soirée). L'appartement est aussi très bien situé : 15 min à pied d'une belle plage, sur les hauteurs de Puerto de la Cruz, il est facile de rejoindre l'autoroute. La piscine a aussi été appréciée. Nous ne pouvions pas espérer mieux pour notre séjour.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder ( 5 und 2 Jahre ) für 4 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Die Beschreibung kann nicht das wiedergeben wie es vor Ort wirklich ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, seitlich hinter dem Loro Park befindet sich die Wohnung. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Gartenanlage mit Pool ist sehr sauber und wird täglich durch einen " Hausmeister" in Ordnung gehalten. Vor dem Urlaub bekam man alle Infos der Vermieterin, Fragen wurden beantwortet, sehr guter Emailverkehr. Bei der Anreise war der Sohn schon vor Ort und erklärte alles rund um die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Das Schlafzimmer hat neue Möbel bekommen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit dem was man normal braucht. Eine Elektroheizung ist vor Ort für die kühleren Abende im Winter, die Waschmaschine befindet sich in einem Abstellraum in der Wohnung. Sie ist ganz neu, die vorherige Waschmaschine ist leider bei unserem Aufenthalt kaputt gegangen, wurde aber schnell gegen eine neue getauscht. Durch einen direkt vor der Wohnungstüre befindlichen Treppenraum gelangt man in die darunter liegende Tiefgarage, dort hat die Wohnung einen eigenen extrabreiten Stellplatz mit Garagenntor. Im Sommer also immer gekühlte Autos. Die Anlage liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend mit wenig Verkehr. Der in anderen Kommentaren beschriebene Hund in der Nachbarschaft gibt es zwar, uns hat er aber nicht gestört auch wenn er mal abends bellte. Kinder sind auch nicht wachgeworden. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.....

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement! Kleiner feiner Gemeinschaftspool, sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Alles was mann braucht! Zusätzlich sogar noch eine grosse Autoeinstellhalle. Sehr sauber! Sehr netter Vermieter!

Perfekt Unterkunft in toller Lage

Ein schönes Apartment, das alles zu bieten hat, was man für einen tollen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, aber doch zentral. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Wir haben unsere Ferien genossen.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Puerto Cruz

Wir haben unsere zweiwöchigen Ferien in dieser top gepflegten Ferienwohnung, die in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier liegt, rundherum genossen. Traumhafter Blick auf Puerto Cruz und das Meer. Wenn das Wetter es zulässt, kann man sogar die Spitze des Teide sehen. Ein grosser Vorteil war auch, dass wir unser Mietauto in einer Garage abstellen konnten. WLAN und Satellitenempfang aller deutschen Programme funktionierte hervorragen. Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien, die man für eine Selbstversorgung braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wenn wir nochmals nach Teneriffa kommen, dann sicher wieder hier her.

Ruhiges Feriendomizil mit Aussicht

ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Die Aussicht ist prima, der schöne Strand Playa Jardin auch zufuß relativ schnell erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Urlaubsziel.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Die Betten sind super. Der Pool war toll, hatten den meistens für uns allein. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Tiefgarage. Bis zum Loro Park sind es 5 min zu Fuß und in die Stadt ca 15. Sehr nette Vermieter. Danke für die schöne Zeit.
