Lo mejor de este apartamento es no alquilarlo. Nosotros llegábamos al aeropuerto sur, por lo que el dueño nos dio el teléfono de la persona que se encargaría de enseñarnos el alojamiento (el mismo teléfono que aparece aquí) y nos dijo que lo llamáramos cuando estuviéramos de camino a Puerto de la Cruz. Así lo hicimos, durante tres horas en las que nadie nos cogió el teléfono y tampoco teníamos forma de comunicarnos con el dueño. Al final desde la App nos consiguieron poner en contacto con el dueño, quien nos mandó otro agente para realizar el registro de entrada. Aun así el mal sabor de boca nos lo llevamos, pensábamos que era una estafa. Nos dijeron que nos compensarían (nos hubiera bastado un detalle), pero no solo no sucedió sino que tampoco nos dieron una explicación a lo sucedido. Respecto al apartamento no está mal, lo que se ve en las fotos es lo que hay, eso sí, la tapa y asiento del baño estaba totalmente descolocado. No repetiríamos con este alojamiento. Me parece que la atención es fundamental, y ni si quiera recibimos una explicación.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (Jan-Feb.2019)

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, das Bad sehr komfortabel und das französische Bett sehr bequem. Auf dem Balkon hatte ich jeden Tag ein bisschen länger Sonne (anfangs stand sie ja noch sehr tief). Es sind Waschmaschine, ein guter Föhn, ein kleiner Wasserkocher, eine Kühl-/Gefrierkombination sowie ein richtiger Herd mit 3 Feldern und Backofen vorhanden. Die "Kaffeemaschine" war ein Witz - erstens gedacht für "cortados", zweitens erreichte das heiße Wasser nicht das Kaffeepulver. Habe mir eine cafétiere im Chinaladen nebenan gekauft, ebenso einen großen Topf für Suppe, Spaghetti etc. Nur 50 m bis zum Obst- und Gemüseladen (auch Käse und Dinkelbrot!) und auf dem Weg dahin auch noch ein italienisches Feinkostgeschäft. Busbahnhof bzw. Haltestelle El Risco in unter 10 min zu erreichen bei flottem Schritt. Zum Meer, großen Hyperdino Supermarkt oder Bioladen ist der Weg noch kürzer. Lage ist also super. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wäschewechsel gab es nach 2 Wochen auf Anfrage. Keine Zwischenreinigung. Reinigungsutensilien vorhanden. Gerne wieder!
