The newly renovated and modern furnished apartment is part of a very well maintained, small apartment complex in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. Right next to the living room is the kitchen. This is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob with extractor hood, an oven and a fridge freezer. There will be nothing missing here for a cozy cooking evening.

The bright bathroom with toilet and shower is also equipped with a washing machine and a small closet.

The ample space bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large closet. With its westward facing second terrace of the apartment, this is an ideal retreat to enjoy the tranquility. The sun spoils at this point until late in the evening.

The apartment complex is located below the Taoro Park and thus in the middle of Puerto de la Cruz. No need for a car for daily needs, as the city center with its supermarkets, restaurants, medical centers, etc. is only 5 minutes away on foot - if required, parking spaces are also available. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes walk. Despite its central location, the area is surrounded by greenery in an absolute quiet zone, so that one could think to live far away from the city.
