The hotel was perfect for our needs for a couple of nights to stock up on supplies for a longer remote excursion. The room had a medium sized fridge with freezer so perfect for buying groceries. The pool was great and clean. We will stay again.

We liked the pace of this resort. Breakfast service was a little rough at times and we had someone tell us we couldn’t bring bottles of water to the pool when we were spending the afternoon there - which was frustrating. But overall we would stay again.

There is so many more options for the same price point but better quality. Staff was extremely rude, Got charged for another person although online it said kids under 16 are free. The hotel wouldn't help with room accommodations. We booked a certain room and was given a storage / dungeon. No windows, no outlets. Felt like prison. The breakfast was a joke we even paid more and it was only egg, and papaya.

Mexico 2.75 star-level accommodation with 5 star execution. Perfect for my needs. Simple and clean with basic room amenities. I opted for an ocean view with refrigerator turning the room into a nice place to hang out between outings. The included light breakfast at the onsite restaurant brought the necessary coffee and little something for the belly before heading out. The servers were great! All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
