Very clean ! But they don't have body soap, hand towels, or a hair dryer. The shower door is only half glass, so water spills into the toilet bowl, creating a puddle.

Room was too noisy due to constant traffic all night. Room was dated and needs repair. Bathroom tiles broken on sink top corner. Very old and tiles were dirty looking probably brown because they were so old. Wasn’t expecting it to be 3 star but was disappointed.

I arrived a little early. They said the room wasnt ready. Fine, so i waited. Didnt seem like there was many people so i couldnt understand the delay. Oh well! My room was in a good location except for the birds, no lamps, and non functioning tv remote..For one week there were 30 to 50 swallows outside my room, making noise and defecating onthe floor outside my door. I left notes in spanish, told the front desk 4 times. Nothing was done the whole time I was there. I have been to this hotel 8 times and this time was charged a rate 500 dollars higher because of New Years. Equivalent to the Chelsea in downtown Toronto. About the same for a niight..for a 3 star. I am a relaxed person for the most part, and have had an easy going attitude in the past. Sadly, and i really feel sad, cause I appreciate the mexican experience and the way the hotel looks. I never had a problem with cleanliness in the past. I did bring it to thier. Attentio. I will never go back and never reccomend it again. All they had to do was clean up the bird feces once or twice..Yuck!

The property was not what i would expect. I was there for 3 nights, Stained drapery and bedding, Shortage of ass wipe. Asked for a ŕoll, and was told they'd send someone to purchase some. Very loud at night lead to sleeplessness until 01:30, when the bar next door closed. Next to bridge over water, and vehicle noise was horrible. Had to wear a stupid bracelet while there, Not sure why. Its not all inclusive.
