Poor cleanliness of hotel rooms. They are not deep cleaned in between customers. It felt dirty. My junior suite room needed updating. Food was so/so. Drinks were fine. Hotel in general looked great.

10 of 10 This is my second time here and I would definitely come back again. One of the concierges, Leudy, was super friendly and helped me with restaurant reservations. The pool entertainment was excellent; I loved the foam party in the pool. The rooms are beautiful and super clean, and the staff is the best—friendly, helpful, and always attentive and caring.

Since the booking through stay it was a nightmare! Room not in livable conditions for more than half the stay, lacking power, communications, room flooded, and getting locked out of the room. Staff refused to assign a new room until the end. NEVER GOING BACK!! Only good thing are the activities and entertainment options. FOOD AWFUL!!

Staff works tirelessly to accommodate guests’ wishes. They are responsible and responsive. We were specially pleased with Sandy from guest services. At our arrival she greated us and accompanied us to our room, booked our dinners at the restaurants and did so much more. She went above and beyond, mainly because she wanted to apologize for the hotel’s very long wait time on the phone prior to our arrival. Our room was clean and made everyday very nicely. Mini bar was filed with drinks on a daily basis. Food selection was really good, fresh fruits and imported cheeses, with added on option to book a restaurant dinner. One improvement wish is the sports offerings. If you want to pursue sports look for other hotels. Sadly, windsurfing didn’t exist although advertised. Archery had very limited timing with 10 people using one arrow and 6 bows to practice for 30 minutes.

This is a budget resort. The service is sparse. The drinks are not good and they do not have many choices. The food is mediocre at best. Housekeeping 50/50 chance room is cleaned daily. One plus, the resort was not crowded, plenty of chairs at the pool and beach. The beach is very pretty. In my opinion you get a better quality for the value in Cancun.
